Webex rocks my socks
Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It is our primary used meetings solution with thousands of meetings run daily. We also used it as our primary solution for Webinars, with hundreds and at time even thousands of participants. Apart from this it is our single corporate supported calling solution for making internal and external calls. We're currently running a mix of on-premises Communication Manager systems and Dedicated Instance Communication Manager systems, with a few offices using Webex Calling Multi Tenant. The simplicity that these systems integrate is simply outstanding.

Equality in user experience for in room and remote meetings was a big challenge. With Webex meetings that difference isn't a factor. Working in a hybrid environment wouldn't be as seamless without using Webex as our primary meeting platform.
With Webex meetings equality of user experience for in room and remote meetings participants is a reality.
We practically use both of these system platforms and let our users select what works best for them. We feel that this is much better than setting boundaries and restrictions.

We have fully implemented a hybrid work solution across our entire organization. Having Webex as a part of this has been instrumental in how well this has worked.

Cisco Webex Experience
We integrate with Cisco Communication Manager and the whole suite of products in this system family. At the moment we are in the process to migrate our on-premises calling infrastructure to Dedicated Instance, with in essence is Cisco Communication Manager hosted in Cisco private cloud data centers. We also use Webex Calling Multi Tenant for specific uses cases and the seamless integration between these platforms is truly an amazing feat. Or users do not need to know what platform their on as the user experience is agnostic to the platform their on, it just looks and feels the same regardless of platform.
Security is an integral part of the Webex DNA and is not added as an afterthought. Instead it is a part of the base product to have a secure collaborative system from the start.
The interoperability that the Webex room systems provides across various meetings platforms is simply out of this world, with no one coming even close in comparison.

The noise suppression is a truly loved function by our users. We're in a quite early stage of using the other AI functions, so a little to early to tell how these will work out for us. But the little we've seen up to now it works really well.
