Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex App for Messaging, Meeting and On-Webex Calling. We are currently exploring the usage of full featured calling and presence integrations with other tools and vendors. We use Webex App primarily to communicate to some customers that only use Webex App and no other Meeting platforms like MS Teams or Zoom.

Pros

  • Giving an Overview about upcoming meetings through notifications
  • Ease of use for scheduling

Cons

  • presence integrations with other platforms
  • showing the busy status for offline meetings
  • showing presence for federated orgs
It was a customer that only uses Webex App
