Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings
We use WebEx Meeting Center (MC) as a virtual communication and collaboration tool. Primarily for project updates, learning sessions and team communication. The problem WebEx MC solves is a common communication tool for groups and teams that work virtually; whether they are in the office, at a client site, working from home, or traveling.
- Ease of access. This is critical for a global, mobile organization.
- Some good and easy-to-use virtual tools. These tools enable effective facilitation and team engagement.

- I do believe that WebEx MC is a useful and accessible virtual communication tool. As far as Return on Investment, I am not in a position to weigh in on that.
I have used other tools that are comparable to WebEx MC but I have not evaluated them. Previous to my role at PwC, I had not used WebEx MC. In my previous position the company used the Microsoft tool suite including MS Lync for virtual collaboration. I've not used Lync recently and I am not familiar with its current functionality; therefore, I am unable to make a fair comparison.
