Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings

I use WebEx meetings with the support departments for some of the software vendors we have purchased products from. It's used by these teams to view my screen and to get temporary remote access to assist with troubleshooting issues in our implementations of these products. I also use WebEx for user feedback sessions with these same companies.

WebEx meetings is a well established and popular product in the web meeting marketplace. It is a straightforward and easy to use product that scales well to any size meeting needed. It also offers the capability to support remote troubleshooting session with remote control. The costs to implement it and maintain it are relatively high compared to other solutions.
