Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex as our unified conferencing solution across our organization. It provides a unified collaboration experience for our users through audio, web, video, recording, white boarding & content sharing features all in a single package thus eliminating the need of different standalone platforms which provided either one of these features.
It has allowed users to join meetings from anywhere, anytime through the wide range of joining options.

- Unified conferencing solution with audio, video, recording, content sharing, whiteboarding features
- Trusted cloud service eliminating the dependency of on prem components
- Integrations with Microsoft O365, Slack, Google Calendar for accessing their services
- I do not have any issues.
- Earlier users were confined to audio only conferencing options which were less productive and decision making was delayed. Now because of Webex, users are using video & content sharing more which has helped more engagement among users and we see higher productivity.
- We were able to scale down our other legacy conferencing solutions and using Webex as our primary platform has helped cut down cost.
- We use the Webex training center for training our users and remote users acquire skills. Earlier users were required to be physically available in training rooms for any sessions.
