Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We utilize Webex meetings for internal and external collaboration with employees and vendors. It's used on a daily basis for small stand up meetings between members in different locations, and is also used for larger meetings where rich content sharing and video are needed.
- The user interface is fairly easy to understand.
- Video and audio quality are good.
- The integration with Calendar helps with reminders and links for starting and joining meetings.
- The Outlook add-in makes it easy to schedule personal rooms.
- The client interface used to cache the complete list recently connected personal rooms. Now it only keeps the last 5.
- Sometimes the call quality has issues, but I'm not sure if this is related to network performance.
- It has allowed us to cut down on inter-office travel because of the video (face to face) capabilities.
The integration with Cisco products, ease of use, and overall performance are why we have selected this product.
