Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex was integrated heavily into our daily lives. we use it to support individual users or to support entire facilities with Emergency calls of more than 500 users. The best part of Webex meetings is the availability of private rooms and recording your work to go back at a later date.

Pros

  • Private rooms.
  • Recording.
  • Linking to Spark.
  • Direct meeting from Spark.

Cons

  • Requires an Engineering lift.
  • Update and maintenance.
  • Hefty price tag.
  • Allowed us to collaborate more effectively.
  • Integrated into every team easily.
  • Create more live space as more teams could work remote.
One of the best overall meeting experiences in the space with all of the benefits. However, be ready to spend a pretty penny as anything with Cisco you are paying for that advantage!
In my opinion, it depends on who your customer representative or engineer is whether you get great service! Some of the best engineers are saved for more high profile customers.

Less then 1,000 person company it is not the greatest. Only Microsoft based for sure!
