Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex meetings has become one of the most used products in our company. In our Public Saftey Department, it is used for all of our officers to meet remotely without the need to come into the office. The fire department is able to meet several times a month without the need of moving fire trucks and ambulances. Since moving these vehicles causes a lot of problems with response times and cost, Webex has saved us a whole lot of money.

- Ease of use and documentation.
- Always leading on cutting edge technology.
- Quickly became the industry standard.
- Webex meetings can get costly quickly.
- Reviewing the meeting recordings requires a specific player.
- No dark mode.
- Saves us time because we can meet quickly without the need for booking a conference room.
- Ability to record helps us pass along the message without the need for another conference call.
- Annotating makes it very interactive.
Zoom and GoToMeeting are good products, but they can't stack up against Webex. Webex audio quality was superior and the cutting edge future set is way ahead of all other products out on the market. Even video streaming seems to be way more fluid and consistent than others out there.
