Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use the application throughout the organization to coordinate activities, meetings and events in an agile and precise way. In times of covid it has allowed us to have contact with all collaborators, we hold coordination meetings, project presentations and follow-up of activities assigned to all collaborators. It allows us to have a more exact and coordinated control of the general advances and not only at the departmental level but also at the organization level.

Our daily work meetings have been held, with them we can establish work plans that allow us to advance in our projects, it has been important so that the collaborators and technicians of the area can be exchanging information and controlling the progress of the different tasks. These are carried out not only at the area level, but also at the department and institutional level, thereby allowing us greater clarity and accuracy with our tasks. It has been of great benefit overall.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

It is much more reliable and mature. Each one has its strengths and weaknesses. Webex's option was considered due to the level of maturity and support. We have not had any problems and the times that we have required attention or support we have had a very satisfactory response to our needs.

We have not had any problems. The possibility of growth and scalability has allowed us to grow and consolidate the tools naturally and without setbacks.

We have not had any problems. Maybe we have had some problems with the response time but in general everything has been stable and very reliable.
