Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is very useful tool for online meeting and collaboration in all our company locations, including headquarters in London. No more location boundaries and it can be done anywhere and anytime. You can do meetings mobile on the phone or laptop, or using Webex board screen in the office for more participants. It is easy to use across the whole organization from sales, operations, technical support and management team. This application addressed a lot of communication problems and connection issues with a stable connection of the Internet. You can use audio only if there is low bandwidth not enough for the video conference. And we can share ideas, do polling, and much more with the collaboration tool provided within the app. Overall, Webex Meetings is hands down the best video conferencing software and online collaboration which should be implemented in most organization, not just within IT industries.

This software can be deployed and used across all departments in the business. Everyone can use with no exception and small learning curve.
It is working 99% most of the time with few occasional downtime or outage. But outage is normally fixed pretty quickly.
High performance with little downtime. Overall it is fast and efficient for online collaboration.
