Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We are Using Webex in our daily Meetings to get in touch, in the current situation while working from anywhere. Webex helps us to stay in touch with our company employees. We are handling our daily Meetings to be hybrid, and available to everyone and from everywhere. It is easy to use self-describing.
  • All Meetings are Videoenabled
  • Easy to use
  • VDI is well implemented
  • The switches in the admin Hub should be more described
  • There are switches in the backend that are only known by Product Manager
  • VDI features should be more likely to the normal app
  • Hybrid is always available and has a positive impact
  • VDI Integration has a postive impact
  • True Forward Concept is difficult to calculate
Webex Video Quality is a great Feature and I think this is a real gamechanger, especially in a VDI solution there isn't any impact on the Quality

Meetings is there when u need it
In an inhomogeneous AD Szenario, it is difficult to implement. There is an impact if u are using multiple Azure Tenants to integrate into one Webex ORG
I think the Overall performance could be a little bit faster
Working from Home is doing well with Webex. The Webex Desk Pro Devices is a great Device to attend in Webex Meetings. VDI Integration should be better
