Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex
for daily virtual meetings. Its ease of use and availability on any device
makes it the perfect product.

It’s also
very much used for a support session with our customers and for training
sessions.

Doing the
Covid-19 pandemic the product has been a fantastic help for us to work from home
and still be able to collaborate with collage and customers.

I find Webex
very easy and intuitive to use. It provides all the features /functions I’ll need, is easily accessible, and has many options for customization to fit the individual needs.
If support is needed from Cisco my experience is that it’s easy to create
a case and get in contact with a qualified engineer that quickly solves my
cases. Furthermore, the ‘help.webex.com’ webpage makes it's easy to find answers
/guides to almost any question you might have.
I see Webex
as a product that can be used with great benefit for all types of business and
education.

This applies
to all sizes of companies. This product will help your organization to
collaborate in an easy way and on any device - it scales from the smallest to
the largest organization.
