It has seamless integration with Outlook as well for easy scheduling through outlook calendar. It has all the features required to host and conduct an online meeting. Some of the exceptional features are mentioned below 1. Joining Through app or browser or VC device or Mobile or just audio call as well 2. Sharing all types of content is possible including video. 3. You can share files with your participants inside the meeting. 4. Hard Mute & Breakout room feature. 5. 1000 participants limit

Pros and Cons

Pros

Can handle large meetings with participants upto 1000 users.
With Hard mute feature managing large meetings becomes incredibly easy
Breakout sessions will help you create smaller meetings like environment for different topics

Cons

While sharing the content of browsers like Chrome or Firefox it becomes difficult to toggle from one tab to another due to menu dropdown from the top.
Sometimes while joining a meeting it asks you to download the app again even if it's downloaded.
Limited scheduling option through mobile WebEx app

Great for company meetings, one-to-one meetings, ideation between the colleagues, for college or school lectures also for training as well. For Webinar kind of situation for larger participants, WebEx events are a more appropriate solution due to much more efficient cloud control and registration features. For Paid events or lectures as well WebEx meeting is suited for the small crowd as it is easy to confirm the number of participants who are present but for larger crowd, WebEx events is great as it provides the feature of Registration Number (Which can be used once per user)
