Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use it daily for all of our Meetings and Corporate Events. I support all the executives that use it in rooms or at home. We use the Webex Meetings via mobile apps or computer apps as well as joining from Creston tablets in a room. This allows us to meet no matter where we are in the world

  • And Annotate Colors
  • It Helps us collaborate with off site people
  • Shares screen is very helpful
  • Internet Reliability is tough some people join without video because of low-Quality bandwidth, Maybe have option to low-quality option to allow it to still work
I think Webex Meetings is a lot simpler to use than let's say teams that have all these tabs and channels other app integration etc. Teams to me are more for communication at work how as your weekend etc but Webex Meetings seem to be professional it's the meeting with investors, town halls. Maybe you need to meet with a vendor etc it allows you to remotely meet but act as if you are still in the room.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

I haven't had many issues, we do have some issues with hardware but that is physically in our office and something we need to address but as far as Webex Meetings not ever being available to be used or connected to has not been an issue. I assume Cisco takes pride to have high availability for Webex so that it is able to be used any time of the week and to have little downtime for maintenance or other issues.
I think itS Best Suited for video meetings but needs more work if you have a lot of people since it's harder to focus on everyone. I have only tested Webex 5k once but I am told that handles 5,000 users and I assume might have more features to help with the Muting and access for participants

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Webex Meetings
  • Webex App
  • Webex Calling
  • Webex Webinars
  • Webex Events
  • Slido
  • Working from anywhere (e.g., coffee shop, airport)
  • Working from an office or other company space
  • Working from home
1.) We plan what roles are hybrid , remote or full in person
2.) Hybrid work is then giving the ability to work from how with a laptop or VPN
3.) We determine what roles need what peripherals
4.) Every employee is licensed for webex
5.) We also leave it up to managers to chance plans for each of there direct reports
Most employees say take Mondays and Fridays off so middle of weeks is busiest , so far collaboration is still high because of video conferencing
People to tend to take care of equipment better since it is there main source of connecting to work at office
Most people don’t want to come to work at all, we have a lot of staff that have to be fully in person so that’s an issue. Hard to have meetings in person meetings if people can choose own days to come in. Internet connections at home can be a problem.
They have made it a lot easier for people to work from any location be it different offices or home and office or airport and home etc. It has allowed us to reach out to other employee demographics and locations since we can offer remote work. Another big perk is it has created more jobs in the technical side of things to help support hybrid work and meeting rooms etc
Work Life Balance is better, home life is better, Stress levels are down. We also have found people to be more productive. Some employees actually work longer hours since they are home and just keep going. We have found that it allows employees to be more flexible with work some take an hour or 2 during the day to go to a doctors but will work later to make up the time.
My company is a Cisco workshop but we have used Teams zoom go to meetings on 24 etc and they all work well but webex seems to be our favorite from our product reps, the hardware we have in the footprint as well as the ease of the program it self. They listen to our feature request and we seem to have a good rapport hat we can try and test new products or features before other.
