Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
we have used the product internally within our company for a number of years. in its various guises.. previous versions, etc. it has really come to the forefront during Covid and traditional office-based teams having to work from home. we use it regularly to host 3rd party access to systems and interact with our customers for support cases. eliminating the need for site visits, and using the tools available within the system.
Pros
- great for remote support, viewing customer's issues as they see them
- providing remote access for 3rd parties... giving US assistance when needed
- great for collaborating on our team meetings..
Cons
- some issues with VPN connectivity
- possibly better integration with headsets (ie mute button response with UC headsets)
- it has enabled us to work remotely and save money on overheads of offices (again due to covid)
