Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is a tool that is used, primarily when working with vendors, for larger-scale virtual meetings and conferences/calls. This comes particularly in handy when factoring in events from the past year and how we’ve all been largely remote due to the pandemic but still needed to continue with day-to-day activities. Webex Meetings has been a great tool to assist with that.

Pros

  • Conference line calls.
  • Large scale meetings.
  • Efficient meeting arrangement/display.

Cons

  • Unwieldy for smaller meetings, not as efficient for those.
  • Seems to have limited functionality in comparison to other, similar platforms.
  • Would like to see a better visual interface and web screen for this platform.
  • Have been able to effectively have larger meetings with many people at height of work from home/pandemic times. Up to 100 attendee virtual event hosting and probably more!
  • Great and effective for large conference calling/calls as well!
  • Some limited features/functionality that limits use in some ways, in comparison to other platforms.
Have not had to use Webex Meetings support besides already available articles, etc.

Great for some uses such as large conference calls or meetings, but limited functionality for others (highly visual meetings, etc.)
I mentioned this prior, but Webex Meetings is a really great tool to use for larger conferences and meetings, especially their phone line option, however for smaller meetings or one-on-one virtual meets they may not be quite as efficient or even effective to use in comparison to other tools on the market.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

For larger-scale virtual conferences and meetings, Webex Meetings is a great option!

Webex Meetings Reliability

Because this is another aspect that I think they do well at and are good for use/to use for this reason.
Because I can always use this tool when needed, there are no issues whatsoever there!
Great performance for larger virtual meetings, especially for dial-in/phone line aspect/option!
