We are using Webex Meetings for almost every internal meeting or video conferencing need, because Webex meetings from Cisco provides the most secure and reliable platform, it's a fabulous tool for us as a company where intellectually property and personal data protection policies are heavier than industry standards very naturally.

First of all it's about people's behaviour and attitudes toward the technology itself, someone who is unwilling to attend a meeting, can easily create an excuse saying that the connection is unstable and try to bail out from the meeting itself, that's something not possible in the office.
