Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings allows us to truly embrace a hybrid workforce. This not only allowed our employees to quickly transition to remote when COVID first happened, but allowed our clients to transition on the fly as well. When everyone else was scrambling to make things work and using freeware software like Zoom, our clients were prepared, knowing their data was protected and not sold.

Webex Meetings allowed us to implement quickly with little challenges. Cisco does have some billing and user agreement issues that do not make it as user-friendly to start. Relying on account managers is fine, but when they consistently change positions, it can be difficult to rebuild a relationship on the fly.
It allows us to integrate a true sweet of products. Cisco room kits also allow us to show true professionalism in our meetings and specifically WOWS our clients and potential clients when they come to our office. The return to office should not be a mandate but a magnet. Cisco is continuing to deliver on that mission statement.
Tons of great features to use. It is not hard to implement and is relatively easy to learn without jumping through guides.

Webex Meetings is MILES away from Zoom. Zoom sells your data, does not have the same encryption features and is far less superior to noise cancelling technology that Webex Meetings offers. Cisco is essentially the main player in the endpoint ecosystem and will become a market mover when all full integrations are complete with other teleworking platforms.
