Webex Meetings - A User's Review

Webex Meetings were used for meetings with external consultants for video conference and audio meetings. One of the problems we face is the integration with Microsoft Office tools like Sharepoint or Outlook. The meeting recordings have to be downloaded manually and stored in a shared drive, unlike other tools by default, save the recordings for a retention period.

Encrypted password key into remote desktops/user machines was a big challenge. Handling team meetings like daily status calls, weekly review calls, etc. End user support calls for admin deskside support.

It helped us in Administrative tasks for end user support. Webex Meetings helped us in regular team meetings. Webex Meetings helped the team in knowledge transfer sessions for wide audience with recordings and transcriptions. Presentations are handled at ease without any network bandwidth issues. Never faced any flickering issues during video meetings.
