Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I use Webex Meetings to connect my conference rooms to meetings. Users within the firm use it to collaborate with their teams our outside partners.
Webex Meetings are a secondary alternative to Microsoft Teams, and although we don't use it nearly as much - it's still a primary resource to testing Audio Visual collaboration. Also, our primary conference devices (Codecs) work very well with Webex Meetings.

My primary challenge involved Anyconnect and Cisco Device Connector.
Anyconnect as the VPN tends to have an issue with server connectivity establishment some days, which prohibits workflow. Cisco Device Connector requires an update several times (which is necessary), but I don't have admin access to laptop. In order to update my software, I must put a ticket in the company, which can take a day or two to get an admin to update my software, allowing me to view new Cisco devices (whether implemented or just introduced).

Cisco Hybrid work solution has allowed us to have a backup, since MS teams is our primary. Whenever MS teams goes down, it becomes quick and simple to rely on Cisco Webex Meetings to take over. Although, the downside is we cannot control cameras and other peripherals in the room using the software. That would be an awesome add-in.
Microsoft Teams is the only software that stacks against Webex Meetings. Although our Cisco devices play well with Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams primary functions suites our company workflow much easier, as its integration into OS365 makes it more efficient. We select Teams as our secondary software (as previously stated) as it integrates well and allows us to still setup backend devices for calls when needed.
