We use Webex Meetings for various purposes for achieving organizational goals, healthcare professionals use it to discuss and liaise with different doctors when they are away or overseas. It overcomes a lot of business problems as it is quite efficient and robust. It allows to collaborate our calling system, meetings and third-party platform integrations all in one space.

We faced a few challenges as a lot of the people were getting used to this environment but Webex Meetings was so easy to use, and had a really good user interface which was easy to implement and support across the organization, so the user experience was great overall and we overcome the challenges.

We select Webex Meetings as it integrates well with our calling environment Cisco CUCM, and it stacks well with it. It also helps us to integrate really well with the Webex Meetings rooms we have across in the organization and helps us run the meetings efficiently within an integrated environment.
