Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We basically use it for all of our meetings now. We got away with Zoom, so we use it for meetings in our company together outside of our company, in our own department. So pretty much for anything that we need to do a meeting with, that's how we use it at this moment.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I feel like the ability to connect from your phone or from your computer in the car, wherever you need to be. It's very easy to be able to be in a meeting even if you're not at your workspace.

Cons

Honestly, in the time I've used it, I can't really think of anything that I haven't liked about it compared to some of the other products we use. It is way better than I have used. So I can't really think of anything at this moment that I would say.

Return on Investment

It's had a great effect on us. We were able to even do away with some of our people having phones because we can use it on our computers and they can use it on their laptops. We've done away with a lot of people needing cell phones for that reason.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom Workplace and Microsoft Teams

I like them much better. I think Zoom caused us a lot of issues for people with time and people couldn't be their own manager. We just had a lot of problems with Zoom. That's what we primarily used before this. So it has caused us a lot of problems in the past. So WebEx is way better.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think any organization with a lot of employees where you need to outsource or talk to different businesses or even use yourself, talk to people in your own company or outside your company. It's very well suited. We've even had discussions with people in other countries, so it's very well suited for that. Thinking about how we used it, I can't think of a way it's not suited. I haven't had the experience to know when we might use it that it might not be okay to use. I don't have experience in that.
