Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is one of the best software to organize team meetings & training through Webex. We can invite multiple people through a single link. Its recording quality with a large audience on one platform is awesome. Webex has a good communication platform. easy to share the screen and data with the guest.

Pros and Cons

It provides high-quality video Conferencing webinar.
We can mute everyone in one way as per our convenience.
Good recording quality, easy to use and perfect screen sharing without lag.

It isn't easy to chat, ask a question or raise hand.
Very boxy and not flexible in regards to window responsive on the admin section when building the webinars.
They're unable to unmute themselves within webinar.

Return on Investment

It has exceptional HQ video and audio conferences. Ease scaling events and reach audiences.
It dives deeper into topics or gets to know panelists more intimately with breakout sessions.
You can invite many people, 100 or more. You take more control of the meeting compared to other services and have a private room for the presenters.

GoTo Webinar and Microsoft Teams

I enjoy the fact that it is very simple and easy to use when joining a meeting. You can see all sides and chat boxes with everyone who may share comments. I liked that you could easily create web conferences that are user-friendly. The options are available to schedule an event and schedule multiple events.

I love the control that this product gives to those running the meetings. It allows you to assign presenter roles to people and everyone else that is an attendee can be totally controlled, like whether they can unmute, or use video, or just sit there and watch. It really gives control of the meeting to those who are running it. And we love that ability for those meetings that we are trying to make sure people are listening in on instead of trying to participate.

Likelihood to Recommend

It was very secure and allowed for a professional and stable connection overall. It was easy to use in the backend and allowed for things like recurring events easier. The video quality really became behind other systems that were around. Additionally, its interactivity tools for webinars left much to be desired, unfortunately.
