Wedexpenses is used for our credit card users and management staff.
  • Ease of putting claims on for other users as a proxy
  • Good options for departments to use and put policy in
  • Great for administrator for getting reports off of outstanding and open claims
  • Clear report options
  • Vehicle detail log
  • It would be great if the mileage rates updated when the new advisory rates were issued
  • Quicker tidier process for claims
  • Easier approval online is much faster
  • Clear idea of what is outstanding or open for accruals
Very easy to use, with good clear data reporting. The support from Webexpenses is fantastic should you ever need them.
Fantastic support via telephone. The issues I have had in the past have been sorted while I was on the telephone rather than being left to get sorted out later. Cannot fault the help team
Great for users and administrators, easy to use programme.
Very easy to use, as a claimant and admin. Good function for proxy users to take pressure off senior managers to complete them. Great reporting to show all outstanding at the month end for accruals.
