Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webexpenses is being used to reconcile and manage the company credit card spend across 25+ locations and head office.

Pros and Cons

Pros

User friendly interface
Available on mobile
Easy to navigate

Cons

Some system errors that need work arounds
Some mandatory information that's not relevant to our company
Multiple ways to use the system can create duplicate data

Return on Investment

Enabled us to easily track company spending
Reduction in time spend administering company credit cards
Improvement in visibility on trends of spend

There are some quirks that are hard coded into the system which can be quite frustrating, or system errors that need a manual workaround. There's some flexibility to add features if required but not always.

Support Rating

Very prompt to respond, but don't always understand the business request or problem that needs to be solved

Alternatives Considered

Concur Travel and Expense

Much easier for users, much easier for admin. Cheaper too.

Other Software Used

Xero, Asana

Likelihood to Recommend

[Webexpenses is] well suited to a company where every person is using the system, less so when it's only managers - particularly from an Attendee point of view where this is mandatory information and you have to fudge the system to get past this point.
