Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses as our tool for uploading, approving and processing expense claims across our entire organisation. It is used in every department and supports our people to make quick transactions that can be sent to their line managers for approval. It speeds up the process, which is part of the appeal.

Cons

  • Ability to auto-rotate images.
  • Quicker admin.
  • Efficiency savings.
No obvious things to fix.
NO issues so far!
We use Webexpenses to simplify the processing, submission and approval process - it's very quick to do so, particularly for people who only use mobiles instead of laptops.
Ease of use for our employees.
Super useful for people on the move who don't have a lot of time for paper receipts. They can snap and upload very easily.
