Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for all UK staff. It enables us to control our expenses policy and have different sign offs.
  • Control different mileage rates for different staff
  • The ability for someone else to audit before approval
  • The app works well
  • Mileage reporting could be easier to build
  • Time saving for finance department
  • Saving on postage time and money with receipt scanning
  • Easy to set up initially
Our sales team cope well with the system with little training.
Any technical issues we have had have been resolved quickly. Auditing could be faster
Our expenses can now be exported out of [Webexpenses] and imported into our ERP easily after the approval process.
System configuration was important to enable good policy compliance. The ease of use meant the roll out to field based staff was easy.
[Webexpenses is] ideal if you have a field based team that want to move away from Excel sheets. Expensive to have ad-hoc staff on the system and not [using] it regularly.
