Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for all UK staff. It enables us to control our expenses policy and have different sign offs.

Pros

  • Control different mileage rates for different staff
  • The ability for someone else to audit before approval
  • The app works well

Cons

  • Mileage reporting could be easier to build
  • Time saving for finance department
  • Saving on postage time and money with receipt scanning
  • Easy to set up initially
Our sales team cope well with the system with little training.
Any technical issues we have had have been resolved quickly. Auditing could be faster
[Webexpenses is] ideal if you have a field based team that want to move away from Excel sheets. Expensive to have ad-hoc staff on the system and not [using] it regularly.
