Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used for all expense submission and approval across our entire organisation. It ensures consistency of submission, categorisation and approvals.

Pros

  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Would be nice if you 'use previous claim setting' for your next expense item entry.
  • Employees spend significantly less time on expense entry.
  • A robust approvals process ensures expenses are submitted correctly.
Compared with our previous expense system, Webexpenses is a doddle to use.
I've not needed to use the customer support, no issues experienced.
Our organisation uses it for claims submission and expenses approval. The system workflow has been configured by our admin users.
Easy to enter expenses for all users across the board, an approvals workflow with fallback options, compliance with company expense policies.
For any organisation it provides an easy to use platform for accurate expense submission.
