Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I can only answer for myself, not the whole organisation. I use it to record my business mileage and work related expenses.

Pros

  • Mileage claims using postcode and showing journey on map.
  • Ease of uploading receipts.

Cons

  • When you are adding a new item, if it's at the bottom of the page, the scroll bar sometimes doesn't appear in the browser, so you have to refresh the page.
I would give it a 10 if the scroll bar issue was rectified.
For what I am using it for, it's perfect. I'm sure that it can do lots more, but I haven't seen that functionality.
