Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

As a user of Webexpenses in my organization, I use it to insert the expenses I have during my work travels. I don't have visibility if it is used by other departments too. In my case, Webexpenses is solving the problem of communicating the cost of travel to my organization in an ordinate and secure way.

Pros

  • User-friendly
  • App is well done.
  • Possibility to add a lot of details to the claims.

Cons

  • Automatic receipt reading to extract data could be improved.
  • Sometimes the page is blocked on Google Chrome.
  • Could be simplified more in the future to prevent mistakes in filling the cells.
  • Improve my productivity to do this kind of work.
  • I feel secure in keeping track of everything without losing receipts.
Very good mobile app. The browser app could be improved instead.
I didn't have the occasion to communicate with the CS recently but in the beginning, they were helpful when I was starting the account. Maybe the time of responses could be improved.
I use Webexpenses to do all these kinds of things except for expense approval and it works well. I use it every time I travel related to work.
Well suited: Medium to large companies with the aim of taking better track of the expenses.
Less appropriate: Smaller companies could use less complicated systems.
