Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is being used across the organisation to handle employee expenses. Previously this was done by printing a form out and emailing it to a the expenses team. Now everything is logged electronically which makes it easy to track and get updated on where the claim is. The system asks you the engine size of your vehicle to adjust payment type. It also allows images to be uploaded e.g. receipts.

- Ease of use.
I have never used the Webexpenses support, however as it is straightforward to use I never felt the need to use it. There is a FAQ and help page which is useful when I checked it out, and answers all the questions. A contact is available for further questions which is very useful.
I have not used any other software like Webexpenses. This is because Webexpenses is easy to use and I don't feel the need to use others.
It is easy to submit claims. It is not good at knowing your exact mileage. It uses an out of date map software, whereas in reality people use Google/Waze.
