Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used for the whole company to claim their expenses for teaching costs and travel. Claims are submitted every 2 weeks. There are about 8 categories that you can claim for. The app is very simple and straight forward to follow and easily include receipts
  • Easily do on the go using the app.
  • Easy to input receipts.
  • The map view when claiming mileage to alter routes that you take.
  • Can't save regular journeys to use in the future to save even more time.
  • easier to keep track and submit expenses over the previous excel spreadsheet
The app is very easy to follow. All headings are very clear. Claim limits are easy to see and follow.
Email response to problems were very quick and efficiently sorted out.
By entering post codes for journeys, I've not had to measure and write down the distance for each journey. If the route alters, just enter a different post code or edit on the map view.
Needed to upload receipts, expense claims for mileage and teaching costs. All done with ease.
Easily claim expenses on the go or at a convenient time using the app before losing/forgetting to complete the claim.
