Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across our organization to manage expense claims.

Pros

  • It is easy to use.
  • If there are errors it shows you what to correct.
  • Easy to upload receipts.

Cons

  • As yet, no cons.
  • When it goes well Webexpenses is very quick and easy to work with.
  • On odd occasions, a claim won't be accepted but can be time consuming to find out why not when you are a new user.
The only downside is if an expense isn't accepted and it isn't clear why. This is probably down to lack of experience using Webexpenses.

Webexpenses is so much easier to us than SAP Concur. I used to dread doing my monthly expenses in Concur as it was clunky and very difficult to match up a receipt to a claim.
I had no say in using Webexpenses as it is used by my organization but I am so glad not to have to use Concur anymore!
I like that you can add receipts to a claim in a variety of ways, such as taking a photo, emailing etc. Personally I prefer to see the final claim on my laptop as I find the phone screen too small but that is personal preference only.
