I am an end-user within the organization. I enter my expenses and begin the workflow.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Very simple to use.
Great functionality for automatically scanning and reading receipts.
Excellent web app to allow receipt upload on the go.

Cons

Sometimes the receipt scan does not pick up the information accurately.
Sometimes the system is down and I need to do the expenses at another time.

It's very simple to use, both for the inputting of expenses and for starting the workflow.

I have no issues with the support at all.

It makes the whole process easy. Gone are the days of spending hours on expense spreadsheets.
