Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used throughout the company, very easy to use and navigate through. The service provides different options for different levels of the company, I use it to claim back my mileage and a few other expenses. I've not yet had any business problems from Webexpenses and I haven't heard any issues being raised from colleagues.

Pros

  • Provides mileage rates for different levels of the company.
  • A wide range of options to claim expenses from e.g. mileage and hotel accommodation.
  • Easy to navigate through and is not time consuming.

Cons

  • Strict on needing to attach receipts when its sometimes not convenient.
  • Having to enter a reason for each expense when all of mine are the same. Perhaps an option to provide the same reason for multiple expense claims.
  • Doesn't allow you to claim ahead of time.
  • Allows for employees to get all expenses claimed back with no confusion.
  • Doens't allow employees to claim back more than they're due.
Very easy to use and navigate through and provides a wide range of options to claim back on. Also, it allows you to come back and make any amendments you may have with ease and allows you to view past claims made.
The service is used company-wide and, as far as I'm aware, there have been no issues from anyone on Webexpenses.

Easy to keep track of all claims made so I would recommend it to others as it's a good reference point for claims. Also, as I've said, it's very easy to use. You don't have to spend large amounts of time entering details to get your expenses claimed.

To my understanding you're claiming the same expense each time? If this is the case, you can copy the claim from the header and it copies all items, just not the receipts.
