Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used by our company to manage employee travel expenses between our different campuses and to external sites. It enables the company to keep accurate information on days places were visited and the mileage accrued by employees. It also, if regularly updated, gives the employee information on where they were on each day and is easy to add entries in as the month progresses.
- Calculate distance including 'via' if several sites have been visited in one day.
- Easy to navigate with useful multiple functions.
- Mobile app.
- Templates to make repeat entries easier.
- Easy submission by employees each month makes it a timely process which means no chasing is needed.
