Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a business we use Webexpenses across the whole company, this allows us to have an easy and user friendly way to manager our expenses. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate, likewise the website itself is easy to use and allows us to keep updated on what stage our expense claim is at.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Quick to upload a claim.
User friendly app.
Great to track what stage your claim is at.

Cons

Adding pictures of receipts - when taking a picture it cuts off part of the image and doesn't allow you to zoom in/out or move more of the picture into the cut off.
Can be a bit confusing when adding a new expenses to a claim if you are a first time user.

Return on Investment

Quick way to manage expenses across multiple staff would reduce work hours and cost.

Usability

Very user friendly but for a first time user it can be a bit complicated to add a new expense on an existing claim, likewise adding receipts to claims is a hassle when having to take multiple pictures due to the cut off it does. Overall though it is a much more user friendly app than most.

Support Rating

I have not yet had to receive any support for Web expenses so cannot complain.

Alternatives Considered

I haven't used any other systems for expenses but in previous companies it was managed manually with HR.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is a really user friendly app and fantastic for checking up on what stage your claim is at, however adding pictures of receipts can be a bit of a problem as it tends to cut off part of the picture when it comes to uploading. It is well suited to someone making multiple claims who wants to be able to check up on and manage this on the go.
