Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used by all, it is great. It works really well for mileage and receipt the like. Our company uses the account part so they can allocate costs to clients etc. That seems to work really well.
  • Mileage.
  • Receipts.
  • Allocating costs per client.
  • I can't delete a line if I have started it so need to leave it blank and admin rejects it.
  • It is sometimes hard to get a full view of a month.
  • In the past I have run expenses myself without this tool and I wish I had installed it.
  • This does away with spreadsheets with bad formulas and manual checking.
It is the thing with canceling empty lines and finding it hard to overview to ensure something has not been missed. Otherwise a 10.
Not really, as a user, it is much of a muchness but as a Finance Director, I know what pain expenses can be so this is great.
If I was at the admin end, reporting would be very important. Cost codes, etc. ready for accounts upload. Also, a BACS file to actually pay the staff, without typing errors.

Any expense claim situation needs to be tracked by a receipt, controlled, and charged to accounts.
