Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used across our organisation, and it has been well received by all users who used to have to fill in an Excel spreadsheet and attached their receipts to it and get it manually signed before submission. Doing this via a web browser is now much easier, and also using the mobile app allows us to add expenses on the fly, quickly take a photo of the receipt and job done. In my opinion this is a game changer and saves people a lot of time.

  • Seamless approval process.
  • Probably saves an hour per month per employee.
It just worked very well and saves everyone time.

It is great for doing expenses on the go through the mobile app. As soon as you have encountered an expense, you can quickly add it to the months expenses, and then only have to add the additional ones where you didn't have time, or where driving at the end of the month.
