Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use WebExpenses to expense back all my day-to-day expenses. I can use it via the app or browser however I do find it easier to use via the app as I can easily upload receipts by a simple click. This gets to my manager within seconds for their approval.

Pros

  • Uploading receipts
  • Being instantly connect through all platforms (i.e. app, browser)
  • Submitting claims.

Cons

  • Browser can be harder
  • attaching receipt to claim using browser.
  • Facilitate claim process.
Webexpense is indeed a great tool, however I'm scoring them a 9 only due to how the uploading receipts via browser can be, sometimes, a tad complicated. Using the app is the best, fast and most practical way of completing the process of a claim.
Never used therefore I can't comment on their customer service.

WebExpenses is always well suited as it is a really simple tool that connects you and your finance department on a quick, practical and logical way.
