Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

In my opinion, it is not the most convenient tool from accounts payable side. We are not able to add filter to see only specific category claims, also if it is not possible to create several layer approvals. For checking the recipes and claims, I think the specialist must make a lot of clicks and from LEAN 6 sigma point of view it is a waste of time. From the submitter side. The App is more convenient than the web solution, but still I cannot save some settings like if I make claim in X category, always as default use this project code.

Pros

  • App and web solution
  • Most of the time, the system works well (is not down)
  • Navigation in tool is easy

Cons

  • Filters from end user side when checking the claims
  • If a company has many entities then approver should see all the claims
  • More interfaces (slack, travel perk etc.)
  • In my opinion, there have not been many developments from our user side
It works OK and it is useable but in my opinion, just not the most convenient one to use (maybe all the tools are not so convenient, and I am dreaming about something that does not exist)

Yes

It is well suited for small organisation with easy processes and straight forward approval systems. I think it is not the best one for larger one with complex structure, processes, and many entities. For big complex organisation it is tricky with every tool as usually it is not developed for such cases. I wish that WE would like to become such a tool that it would become the best fit for big and small companies.
