Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
In my opinion, it is not the most convenient tool from accounts payable side. We are not able to add filter to see only specific category claims, also if it is not possible to create several layer approvals. For checking the recipes and claims, I think the specialist must make a lot of clicks and from LEAN 6 sigma point of view it is a waste of time. From the submitter side. The App is more convenient than the web solution, but still I cannot save some settings like if I make claim in X category, always as default use this project code.

- Most of the time, the system works well (is not down)
- Navigation in tool is easy
- Filters from end user side when checking the claims
- If a company has many entities then approver should see all the claims
- More interfaces (slack, travel perk etc.)
- In my opinion, there have not been many developments from our user side
