Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is being used company wide to great effect for our expenses. It is a quick and efficient way to manage expenses, very easy to use on a desktop or phone. My team easily picked up how to use the system, and it saves so much paper and administration.
Pros
- Easy to navigate interface
- Multiple expenses within one entry
- Easy to upload (drag and drop) expenses jpgs/pdfs
Cons
- VAT options sometimes get confusing
- Better control of budget lines with staff making claims more quickly than when paper based
Expense approval is so much quicker than looking through papers and receipts. Staff can quickly submit and get their expenses approved.
