Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

With the nature of my job i work away from home a lot and incur charges and fees constantly. Webexpenses enables me to keep track of what I have spent, when and why. This is then relayed back to the accounts department and they are able to see a compiled amalgamation of all my monthly spendings accomponied with relevant receipts. This enables me to be paid on time and the correct amounts.

Pros

  • organise expenses in chronoligical order
  • signpost how to create new expenses and receipts
  • has a detailed archive of help manuals

Cons

  • some times all of the expenses dont fit on the same page
  • its allowed me to focus more on work as I dont have to worry about storing paper receipts
  • keeps my company in the loop for expendeture
its a very easy to use system that allows me to enter what I need and not have to worry if i've entered it correctly. It guides you through the process very easily and ensures that very detail you need is entered. Its streamlined and well thought out a must have for any business.
they have a great catalogue of useful manuals and guides. It also signposts you on what you need to complete in order to create and finish an expense.

Webexpenses allows me to record my expenses on the go without the hassle of clicking on multiple programs and software. It coallates all of my expenses in one place so i can refer back to them should a query arise. I dont think ill ever need to use another expense software.
