Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses enables my team to submit expense claims with ease. Provides easy link between my support team and accounts. Which ensures we get expenses back in an quick and efficient manner. Would highly recommend this solution to any business, who processes large amounts of expense claims. Will definitely save time and money.

Could be more user friendly, more screentips or descriptions to assist in navigation. Especially for users from a none accounts background. The mobile app could be better, as the times i have logged in it was hard to navigate around. Other than that, there are no other thoughts on usability.
Meets all my needs as a Support Manager, and meets the needs of my team members.

Yes

I manage a team of remote workers. Based across the UK and the world. So having a centralised Webexpense solution saves us a lot of time and enables requests to be submitted straight through to the Accounts team to process. Whereas before we would have had to manually raise the requests and evidence through to Accounts. Which could delay payments etc.
