Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for employee expenses, allowing for entries of expenses, an approval matrix to control expense values as well as limits, and CSV uploads into our accounting system. We are also able to report on expenses uploaded into our system based on period, person, or any range of information requested.

I think the functionality of web expenses is exceptionally user-friendly - anyone could pick it up and would be able to do basic-level expenses. This was helpful as we hired a large range of people and no one really had issues with usability - very helpful for easy installation.
It has been used mainly by our company for expense approval - it allows for a range of control by managers being able to log in and see what their staff are trying to expense. This also allows for control of not only what the staff are purchasing but how much they spend.
I think usability and having a system that we could rely on for ease of access and simple expense reporting was important to us at the time - it allowed for all of these things and was a very good expense system. Very user-friendly for all of our staff.

I believe Webexpenses to be well suited for a simple reporting system and simple express expense entry - I think it is a suitable system for a company of less than 500 and the approval matrix works fine. I think a downside is the background of Webexpenses and the lack of control you can put in place.
