Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I am the person processing all Webexpenses claims for our staff and participant's that need their expenses reimburse to them. I process the claims personal and credit card into our financial system and ensure all processes are adhered to. I also use Webexpenses to process my personal claims on Business Travel and subsistence.

Webexpenses is very user friendly and simple to use, I do inductions for new starters and always remind them once you process two claims you will be an expert. If I have any questions regarding Webexpenses the support team are always happy to help. I could not recommend it enough.
When opening a support ticket, I get a confirmation email to let me know that the ticket has been allocated to a team member and I will receive an email from one of the team, the turn around is always within a day if not sooner. I feel reassured that my issue would be resolved quite quick.

Webexpenses helps my company to process expense claims ensures the system is workable and simplified, any issues that arise communication to support is very quick and solves the problem promptly. I highly recommend Webexpenses to any company that wants to reduce the time spent processing staff expenses or external consultants expenses.
