Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses to claim back lunches and mileage when I am working away from site. I use Webexpenses for approximately 2 weeks out of every month. Using Webexpenses enables me to add and submit claims daily or weekly, depending on when I detail my claims. This solves the problem of claims being put on hold internally due to holidays etc, as claims can be completed or approved from home.

Pros

  • It lets me know when claims have been approved and sent for payment.
  • It enables me to submit on the move or from home.
  • I can see all of my past claims

Cons

  • The amount of time from submission to payments
  • The same access on the app as on the Web
  • The app to make easier to navigate
  • Since its introduction, submitting claims has been so easy to do.
Because the app could be a little better, but overall its now so easy to keep a check on my claims, partial payment, declined submissions and to know when everything has been signed off and ready to be paid. The email states that its 3 to 5 working days for payments to reach accounts, but its usually quicker than that.

Yes

If I am away with work, I can use it at any time of the day and night. Its ideal for when I am away from home, as its easy to access and leave claims unsubmitted if I need to change them. I cant think of a reason where it would be less appropriate.
