Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

To claim for expenses. I don't think i solves any problems it is just a way for my boss to pay me back

Pros

  • quickly tells you if the claim was approved or rejected

Cons

  • really difficult to navigate
  • very slow learning curve
  • uggly app
support was helpfull helping me change approvers. It doesn't make since to have to send an email every time i need to change approvers (very often)

Were sorry to hear that you are finding the platform difficult to navigate please check out our Customer Hub hub.webexpenses.com for lots of really useful hints and tips on creating claims and claim items. Approver details are controlled by your companies administrator and they have the access to immediately update your approver if these details need to be changed. Regarding the aesthetics of the app we have added your feedback to our product board so that the developers are aware.
