Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use it to upload expenses I have related to meals, commuting from one venue to home when there is an event, and purchase items with the development budgets mostly.

Pros

  • It's very fast
  • It provides a variety of options so description of claim is comprehensive

Cons

  • Uploading the tickets has a confusing workflow
  • Sometimes it's difficult to see whether a claim has been accepted or not, as icons such as red x or green tick are not consistant
  • There are too many steps between the initiation of claim and the end

    Hello there thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Its great to get your feedback and much appreciated. Just picking up on some of your cons The quickest and easiest way to upload receipts to your account is to snap a picture using the mobile app - this uploads them immediately to your My Receipts area. The icons that you see on a claim item are showing if it is in policy or not and will vary from item to item. A green tick means that its all within policy where as the red icon is indicating that somewhere on the item it is out of policy. This could be that a receipt is not yet attached or you have changed the mileage calculation on mileage claim for instance. If you are using the mobile app you can tap the icon which will show a message to confirm whats missing if you are using the desktop application then just click the mouse on the icon to see the message.
