Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

we are using Webexpenses to issue expenses and being paid back from them. The main issue from my opinion is about paying the right person for the right expenses : it happened 3 times over the last 12 months that some of my expenses were paid back to another employee of my organisation. We also faced a lack of training ragarding the usage of Webexpenses website/ application.

Pros

  • interface interactve
  • navigation through exepsnes
  • dashboard from previous expenses

Cons

  • no "tutorial video" to understand how to use Webexpenses
  • poor visibility of expenses (i may not use Webexpenses properly)
  • lack of listing for categorizing expenses
Webexpenses is useful but very lengthy to complete all required tasks

Yes

Webexpenses is a useful tool but it require excessive of time to compile expenses. It would be very useful to be able to link it with a One drive / google drive to include all expenses. it would be also be good to have better visual on expenses to be approved (current version is not practical)
